Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. Brown your ground beef while oven is heating to required temperature.
Add Spinach, pre-made pasta sauce (chunky vegetable sauce is my favorite) and Italian spice to cooked ground beef. Set aside to stuff your peppers with this mixture.
Cut bell peppers lengthwise. Clean to prepare peppers for stuffing mixture.
Stuff peppers with meat mixture, 4 oz. per pepper. Top with Parmesan cheese.
Place stuffed peppers on baking dish and bake for 30 minutes at 400 degrees.
